Can SureCall products boost my signal if my signal strength is -120dbm?

-120dBm is essentially no signal. Your phone may still be able to establish a cellular connection, but it would likely be unstable and/or slow. Surecall systems will require a minimum signal of -108dBm to be effective, although being at the edge of what it can support can still show inconsistencies with the connection. For this weak of a signal, your best option would be a Cel-Fi Go+ X system (https://5gstore.com/1/8891).

Does SureCall include a lightning surge protector?

The surge protector is not included. You can visit 5gstore.com/1/596 for a compatible surge protector. You'll also need a small 2' jumper to connect this, which is linked on the surge protector page.

How can I determine if the SureCall booster can support all cellular carriers?

Look at the supported frequencies in the device specifications. For example, most support 700mhz/800mhz/1700mhz/1900mhz/2100mhz networks (which includes most 2G, 3G, and 4G providers in the US).

How can I get enough antenna separation with my SureCall repeater/ signal booster?

You could try installing the outdoor antenna where it's going to have more obstructions between it and the interior/ repeater antenna. You also want the antennas facing away from one another, if possible.

How long is SureCall's warranty period?
