The CloudCam Mini HD Indoor Day/Night Wireless Fixed IP Camera is designed with the "user-friendly" idea in mind. The user can install the CloudCam easily on his/her home network and then access the IP Camera anywhere in the world through the accompanied video management software without having to set up a complicated DNS name or changing the router's settings. Users can see the video of the IP camera on any iPhone or Droid anywhere, anytime (basic free and premium paid versions of the app are available in the App store and the Android Market). The biggest difference between the CloudCam and other IP cameras is the simplicity in setup and monitoring - plug and play!

I have be most impressed with the performance of this unit, which has been connected to AC power for almost a year now, cycling as it should looking for a WiFi connection, which I finally got with the assist of your Tech Support after changing WiFi providers and smart phones, I sorta lost the connection and didn't have a need to reconnect until very recently. The specs provided in reference to this unit are spot on and it does exactly what it says it will do flawlessly. I look forward to the installation of my second Mini next week.

This product works well for me. I bought it because my other web cams would not work through my Verizon hot spot, after I switched from a satellite Internet service. The camera has a great array of features and can write repeatedly to an SD card, if you lose or do not have an Internet connection. The infrared camera is not as clear as I'd like in my particular setting, but it does work satisfactorily. Otherwise, this small camera is perfect for my needs.

I also like the tech support people. I configured my camera to send email messages and needed to check my configuration. Support people contacted me via phone and email. They stayed with the case until I indicated that it could be closed. They are people who are really working to help you, not just clear your case. It's definitely a notch up from most support desks.

Great camera - I bought 3 for 2 different properties. Reliable and great resolution. Android app is excellent as well.
