I would like to tell Victor in Tech Support that his help on the MBR900 router was excellent. I called in around lunch time on August 4th. I had been having trouble using the Verizon Mi-Fi with the CTR350 router. I was having to choose between multiple users and slow connection or 1 user fast connection. He discussed different options with me for about 15 minutes before I decided on the MBR900.

The router shipped overnight, I plugged it in the next day and it worked immediately. The internet connection is now the fastest it has been (even faster than 1 user direct connect)...
