He first answered my questions regarding hot swapping an air card in the MBR 1000. He then addressed a problem I was having with the WiFi light going out after a period of time even though WiFi remained on. He suggested a firmware update which he very patiently walked me through and so far it seems to have corrected the problem. He further offered that if the problem persisted he would arrange a quick swap out (problem reported within 14 days) but so far so good.

This is exactly why I bought from the 3gstore. Their own CD and documentation to get me up and running painlessly and someone knowledgeable to talk to when I have a question or problem.
