Just want you to know I am super pleased with the router, and with your service. The router arrived on Saturday; I set it up Saturday evening. The hardest part was figuring out how to get my iMac to communicate with it, until I let the mac take care of it for me. Your set-up CD is excellent, and I had no problems whatsoever. So far, all is working perfectly. In fact, my connection speeds are better and more consistent with the router than they were when the modem was plugged into the iMac directly, never mind that getting online with the Air is now perfect.

Thank you very much for your prompt responses to all of my questions, and your prompt shipment. Hopefully I will have fairly smooth sailing from here on out.
