Tips For Using Your Antenna/Adapter Cable:
|Already have an antenna/amplifier and just need the adapter cable?|
The Elevate does not have an ethernet port, so if you want a more powerful router (greater range, more security and features), you can add a router. The routers listed below will connect to your Elevate via WiFi as WAN.
An antenna helps your Elevate (AirCard 754S) pull in a stronger signal, which can improve your 3G or 4G performance.
An amplifier is the best way to improve weak signal for your Elevate (AirCard 754S). Amplifiers also require an antenna, which may need to be added separately if it is not a part of a kit. An amplifier will only boost the signal to the one device it is connected to - if you need to boost the signal to multiple devices, you will need a repeater.
A repeater is similar to an amplifier, but instead of only boosting the signal for your Elevate (AirCard 754S), it works wirelessly to boost the signal to multiple cellular devices.
We have a variety of accessories that can improve your experience with your Elevate (AirCard 754S).
