Return Information:

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, 3GStore offers a 14-day return policy, which begins on the day you RECEIVE your shipment (Sprint and Verizon Wireless contract devices have a 30-day return policy which begins on the day the device is ACTIVATED; CLEAR devices have a 7-day return policy which begins on the day the device is ACTIVATED; modems for Pay-As-You-Go service are not returnable but may be exchanged within 14 days if defective). With the exception of the devices listed below, there is no restocking fee if you follow the 3GStore RMA procedure. However, if the 3GStore procedures are not followed you may incur a reduced refund or no refund at all.

You must contact 3GStore directly at 866-3GSTORE (866-347-8673) and select Extension 762 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization. Important RMA information:

  • The original product(s) must be returned in otherwise new condition with ALL original materials (original packaging, manuals and accessories). All returned items will be inspected upon receipt at our warehouse, and if the product(s) is scratched, dirty, missing packaging/parts or in otherwise used condition your total refund will be decreased or denied.
  • All shipping charges are additional and non-refundable.
  • All router upgrade fees are non-refundable.
  • You must include your RMA number on the side(s) of the box you are shipping your items back to us in. Do not write on the manufacturers packaging, only the OUTER shipping carton!
  • RMAs are valid for 10 days. If you return your item(s) after the 10 days, your shipment will not only be refused but it could possibly affect any credit(s) due to you.
  • If you return within 14 days of delivery and you failed to contact 3GStore for an RMA there will be an automatic 20% restocking fee.
  • If you return your item(s) AFTER the 14-day time frame and your RMA has expired we are NOT obligated to credit your entire order.
  • We are NOT obligated to offer full or partial refunds for returns WITHOUT an RMA number.
  • Any refused shipments will incur a 20% restocking fee plus cost of shipping.
  • Any shipping charges incurred for the return of merchandise are the responsibility of the customer.
  • As mentioned, Sprint and Verizon Wireless contracted devices fall under a 30-day return policy, and Clear devices fall under a 7-day return policy. You must follow our RMA policy to return the device, but YOU are responsibility for cancelling your service with the carrier. We will provide instructions to do this in your emailed RMA.
  • Pay-As-You-Go mobile broadband service cards are NOT returnable.
  • Pay-As-You-Go mobile broadband modems are NOT returnable but may be exchanged within 14 days if defective.
  • The following products from 3GStore.com will be subject to an automatic 20% handling fee in addition to any other RMA fees/charges:
    • Wilson Cellular In-building Amplifier/Repeater (AKA "SOHO" - 801245)
    • Wilson Cellular In-vehicle Amplifier/Repeater (801201)
    • Wilson SignalBoost DT (801247)
    • Wilson SignalBoost DB Pro (841262)
    • Wilson Cellular 65dB In-Building 1900MHz Amplifier (801365)

After requesting an RMA, 3Gstore will email you detailed instructions for returning your products. It is very important that you follow the instructions provided and ship your return to the address listed in the RMA email. If a product is returned to us in like-new condition and you have followed our return policy, a FULL refund for your purchase (less shipping charges) should be issued to you.
