Return Information:

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, 3GStore offers a 14-day return policy (which begins on the day you RECEIVE your shipment, with certain exceptions noted below) during which you may request a Return Merchandise Authorization by contacting 3GStore at 866-3GSTORE (866-347-8673), Extension 762. With the exception of the devices listed below, there is no restocking fee if you follow the 3GStore RMA procedure and returns are eligible for refunds less shipping charges. However, if the 3GStore procedures are not followed you may incur a reduced refund or no refund at all.

Important RMA rules and exceptions:

  • Most 3Gstore equipment falls under our 14-day return policy, which begins on the day you RECEIVE your order. However, Sprint and Verizon Wireless 2-year contract devices have a 30-day return policy which begins on the day the device is ACTIVATED; CLEAR devices have a 14-day return policy which begins on the day the device is ACTIVATED; and modems for Pay-As-You-Go service are not returnable but may be exchanged within 14 days if defective.
  • The original product(s) must be returned in otherwise new condition with ALL original materials (original packaging, manuals and accessories). All returned items will be inspected upon receipt at our warehouse, and if the product(s) is scratched, dirty, missing packaging/parts or in otherwise used condition your total refund will be decreased or denied.
  • All router upgrade fees are non-refundable.
  • You MUST request an RMA before returning an order - if you return products without contacting 3GStore for an RMA there will be an automatic 20% restocking fee.
  • If you return your item(s) AFTER the 14-day time frame and your RMA has expired we are NOT obligated to credit your entire order.
  • We are NOT obligated to offer full or partial refunds for returns WITHOUT an RMA number.
  • Any refused shipments will incur a 20% restocking fee plus the cost of return shipping.
  • Shipping charges are NOT refundable. Additionally, if you received free or flat-rate shipping at the time of your order and later choose to return the order, the actual cost of shipping paid by 3Gstore will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • Leased devices for the $49.95/mo Verizon plan fall under the standard 14-day return policy (unlike contract devices, which have 30 days). If you have already activated your leased device, you may still return it within 14 days and get a refund for the price you paid for the device, but you will not be refunded for the month of service.
  • The following products from 3GStore.com will be subject to an automatic 20% handling fee in addition to any other RMA fees/charges:
    • Wilson Cellular In-building Amplifier/Repeater (AKA "SOHO" - 801245)
    • Wilson Cellular In-vehicle Amplifier/Repeater (801201)
    • Wilson SignalBoost DT (801247)
    • Wilson SignalBoost DB Pro (841262)
    • Wilson Cellular 65dB In-Building 1900MHz Amplifier (801365)

After requesting an RMA:

  • 3Gstore will email you detailed instructions for returning your products. It is very important that you follow the instructions provided and ship your return to the address listed in the RMA email. If your product is returned to us in like-new condition and you have followed our return policy, 3Gstore will issue a FULL refund for your purchase (less shipping charges) within 10 business days.
  • You must include your RMA number on the side(s) of the box you are shipping your items back to us in. Do not write on the manufacturers packaging, only the OUTER shipping carton!
  • RMAs are valid for 10 days. If you do not return your items within 10 days of receiving the RMA instructions from 3Gstore, you may receive a reduced refund or no refund at all.
  • If you are returning a Sprint or Verizon contract device, remember that YOU are responsible for canceling your service with the carrier (even if you are returning the device itself to us). We will provide instructions to do this in your emailed RMA.
