General Shipping Information

Most products purchased from 3Gstore will ship from our main warehouse location in Cary, IL via FedEx. CLEAR devices will ship from CLEAR's warehouses via FedEx or UPS Overnight; Verizon devices will ship from Verizon's warehouses via FedEx 2nd day or Overnight. 3GStore.com can only ship to street addresses - no PO boxes (except in cases where Smartpost is an option) - within the 50 US States, Canada, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and over 200 countries worldwide (for information on international shipping, please see below).

Our cutoff time for same-day shipping is 3pm CST (Monday - Friday) for "In Stock" items (if a product is out of stock, you will receive a notification when you add the item to your shopping cart), with the exception of Sprint, Verizon Wireless, and CLEAR services. Orders for Sprint and CLEAR services must be placed by 1pm CST for same-day processing; please note that carrier delays can occasionally arise and you will be contacted in these cases. Orders for Verizon Wireless devices typically take 24 hours for processing and activation, although orders placed by 12pm CST may ship the day they're ordered (all others will ship the following business day). All orders placed Friday after the 3PM CST cutoff time or on Saturday / Sunday / Holidays will ship on the following business day.

If there are any problems with your order (i.e. incompatible products, trouble with your shipping address, etc) you will be contacted promptly by both phone and email, so please double check that the contact information you provide is accurate!

Please note that 3Gstore reserves the right to cancel or void any coupon or promo code at any time. Expired, unauthorized or duplicate coupon or promo codes will NOT be honored.

Shipping Methods and Charges

For items shipping from our main warehouse in Illinois, 3Gstore can ship Fedex Ground, Express, 2nd Day, Overnight (including early AM where available), FedEx Saturday Delivery, and FedEx SmartPost (for select circumstances). For all services, a "day" is a normal business day, not a weekend or holiday. When checking out at 3Gstore, the estimated delivery time for each service method is displayed along with the price.

The map below shows an estimate of how many business days an order shipped via FEDEX GROUND delivery will take for deliveries within the US:

this is not an active button - use the one on shopping cart page FedEx charges are calculated based on the weight of the products and the destination. To see estimated shipping costs you can click on the "Estimate Shipping" button (like the one on right side of this paragraph) after adding items to your cart. A pop-up window will allow you to select your state and enter your delivery zip code and will then display the different shipping options and prices available to you.

"Will Call" pickup is available for most products at our Cary, IL warehouse by appointment only. If you are interested in picking up your order, please call us before placing your order.

We now also offer USPS as an option for shipping addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands. Please note that because USPS orders take longer to process, they will be shipped no sooner than the next business day. Same-day shipping is not available for USPS orders, even if placed before the 3pm CST cut-off time. 3Gstore makes every effort to ensure that ALL orders are shipped in a timely fashion.

Order Status

We typically email tracking numbers by 5pm CST the day your item ships. You can also Log In to your account and see the status and tracking number. Please note that your tracking number may not register with FedEx until the package actually leaves our warehouse.

Orders for CLEAR products and services ship from directly from CLEAR's warehouses via UPS or FedEx and you will receive a tracking number via email. Orders for Verizon Wireless devices ship directly from Verizon via FedEx and you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Policies

For your protection, your 3Gstore order MAY be shipped with a signature required.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:



3Gstore is happy to ship to over 200 countries worldwide! Please note that international orders MAY be delayed or refused if our authorization system is unable to verify your information (in this event, you will be contacted promptly).

3Gstore cannot guarantee compatibility with international equipment. International customers fall under the same return policy as US customers and of course have access to our technical support, but keep in mind that our hours are 9am-7pm CST (making some international support calls difficult). Additionally, international shipping charges are NOT refundable and the customer is responsible for paying for return shipping if you choose to return your order, so please plan ahead!

Duties and taxes vary in different countries. With the exception of Canada (3Gstore collects all Canadian GST/PST/HST as part of our invoice to simplify delivery), the recipient is responsible for paying any applicable international duties and taxes upon FedEx's delivery.

NOTE ABOUT WEATHER DELAYS: If your package is being delivered to an area affected by severe weather (snow, hurricanes, heavy rains and flooding, etc), please note that neither 3Gstore nor FedEx can be held responsible for any delays caused by weather and FedEx does NOT issue shipping refunds for shipments delayed by weather. Always check your tracking information at FedEx.com for up-to-date information on your package's status.

We cannot ship to PO boxes (except in cases where Smartpost is an option)

Any refused shipments will be subject to an automatic 20% restocking fee.
