This is a factory- certified and tested refurbished EVDO Rev A Card. These cards were returned to Sprint within a customer's 30-day trial and are in excellent condition. We have tested each card and upgraded the firmware. No original Sprint packaging is included. You need to download the latest connection manager at www.sprint.com/downloads. After receiving the EX720, you will need to contact Sprint and do an ESN swap from your old device to EX720's ESN.
