This specially packaged kit includes the Wilson Cellular 811210 Signal Boost Amplifier as well as the Magnetic mount exterior antenna (301103) and Wilson Cellular Cell Phone Cradle Plus.
The Wilson Cellular SIGNALBOOST (inline) Bi-directional Amplifier improves RF coverage in areas with no signal or low signal strength. The unit amplifies both 800MHz and 1900MHz cellular and PCS signals providing up to 3 Watts of output power on the 800MHz band and 2 Watts of output power on the 1900MHz (PCS) Band.
Works with all Cellular/PCS Service Providers except N-E-X-T-E-L/I-den/Southern LINC/Mike)

How the unit functions:
The 800MHz and 1900MHz cellular signal from the cell site is received by the Magnetic mount exterior antenna (301103). The signal is then amplified and transmitted to your phone through the included Wilson Cellular Cell Phone Cradle Plus. When the cellular device transmits, the signal is amplified and sent to the cell site through the outside magmount antenna.
This Amplifier comes with a 12V DC Car Charger. If you plan to use this amp in a home/office environment, you will need to purchase the AC Charger (sold separately).
Note: for best cellular signal -- use earbud, headset or hands free car kit with your phone in cradle. Modems/data devices should have the slim low-profile antenna right up against their antenna

All US Cellular/PCS carriers except i-DEN carriers such as N-E-X-T-E-L, SouthernLinc, Mike (Canada). iDEN users should use the 3 Watt Direct Connection Amplifier for N-E-X-T-E-L/I-den.
