Here are 3Gstore’s Top 10 Products of 2011. The scoring of these products was NOT based on volume sold, but rather customer review score, customer returns and tech support issues with the product. We took a look at what our customers had to say about each product, the number of positive reviews along with the return percentage of each product (typically, products that have high customer ratings also have the lowest return rates). Finally, we got input from our tech support department and factored in how much support each product required.
