Works very well for my situation and actually better than expected.Shipping to Canada was very good.The only negative was the lack of understanding of legacy support by the 3g tech person.More training re backwards compatibility is in order.

CradlePoint MBR1200B works well with a couple of exceptions. 1) it disables some of the Verizon USB551 functions, and you tell if you are on 2G or 3G. 2) It seems to slow down the USB Modem. Other than that it is an Awesome device. It extended my WFI signal from 100 to 200 feet around my small trailer.

Fast easy set up. I'm no "Geek" but this was simple to set up. Works great with air card and with Comcast cable. Security was simple to set up. I called CradlePoint customer service several times before I bought this unit and they answered all my questions professionally and politely. Definately reccommend this router.

This unit performs as advertized. 3gstore.com gives great email support, a rare plus. The reason I did not give it 5 stars is that its load balancing is weak. There is not a way to route traffic based upon URL or domain. For example, I would have liked to route all twitter, facebook, news sites and other time wasters, as well as the background task stuff like windowsupdate.microsoft.com and AV updates to the slow, but unlimited ISDN line and the vendor sites, customer sites and the like (where work gets done) to the faster, but more costly 3g/4g. This would be a great feature. Another downside is that, while there is SSH access, there is NO documentation for it that I could find. Other than that, setup was straightforward. CAUTION: To do a factory reset properly, power off, push the reset, power back on and then wait for lights to blink on-off-on before releasing reset.

Purchasing my new Wireless mobile router from the 3gstore was easy and a great on line purchasing experience…no hasels . BUT the 3gstore kicker that made my purchase of the Cradlepoint product from the 3Gstore an excellent choice was the post initial instaliation suport I needed and received first call when I needed it most . One phone call and a little coaching from a very knowledgable 3gstore support tech and my 4G configuration was smokin…. Outstanding support and excellent products. I will be a return customer.
