This kit works great, I installed the unit at my camp where I was showing only 1 bar on my IPhone and I now get 5 bars. A very good unit, very simple to install.

Wow, no more dropped calls! The 3g on the phone works great. It was easy to install I mounted the external antenna at the highest point on the roof. Went from one weak bar to a solid 3 and sometimes up to 5. Should have done this a long time ago

Our building has steel siding, a steel roof and some steel ceilings and walls. Cell phone reception was non-existant and mobile broadband only worked in a small portion of the building (where we don't need it, of course). We are about 6 miles from the tower and have adequate reception outside. We just couldn't get it inside! The repeater system solved this. Reception in the room with the inside antenna is excellent for both phone and broadband. It even seems to go through one sheet of steel; we get one bar on the cell phone in most of the first floor and second floor rooms, which isn't excellent but is good enough and way more than we expected. It's a bit pricey but well worth it. Wish we'd have done it before. 3GStore was very helpful, too. Their website is easy to use and had excellent info to help us make our decision. I must have sent them a half dozen emails before we bought to help me make the right choice. I'm sure they'd have helped us afterwards, too, but we didn't need it. It went up with no problems.

confused with how to make the phone or computer work properly with these items. the signal has gotten into the "full" category, but the computer will only work with dial up speed. the phone shows full coverage, but only when it is sitting on top of the amplifier

Not the first Antenna/amplifier I have tried but will certainly be the last... this combo took a 1 bar signal, that commonly dropped calls, to 5 bars and no dropped calls. It also boosted our 3G and 4G data cards (HSPA, not LTE compatible) to 4/5 bars each. Easy to install and adjust. Great product and would recommend to anyone with poor signal issues.

The instructions were clear, all the parts were supplied as indicated in the instructions, and installation was easy. I have a good internet and cell phone connection for the first time! Why didn't I do this earlier?

We live in an area with very little cell phone signal and no DSL or cable internet available. Thanks to 3Gstores.com, who sold us this package and the 1200 wireless router, our house is now wireless throughout and gives great access to the internet, as well as boosting our cell phone signal throughout the house. And visitors with cell phone providers other than ours (Sprint) are also enjoying increased signal in our house. This is a huge improvement over just a month ago when we had no or very little and very spotty signal, and I was driving 2 miles down the road to use a hotspot and a laptop to check emails and upload/download files. We went from 1 weak bar to an average of 3 to 4 bars in most places in the house. One caveat, though. I did end up hiring a local person to install the rooftop antenna, amplifier and repeater as the instructions were too technical for me and I wanted it done right.
