• This router is best for: The MBR900 is a great "entry level home-use router" and it's a good choice for customers who want wireless "N" and multiple ethernet ports but don't need the additional features that the MBR900's bigger brothers like the MBR1000 and MBR1200 can provide (such as load balancing and support for ExpressCards and PCMCIA cards).

The latest firmware version is included on CD and you can easily upgrade the firmware yourself; alternatively, 3Gstore can perform the upgrade for you before shipping your router for $15. To have 3Gstore update your firmware before shipping, select "upgrade to firmware 1.8.2" from the menu below.

Planning to use this router with a 4G WiMAX modem? Additional upgrades and settings changes are necessary to use this router with your 4G modem. You can do these yourself with the provided instructions, or 3Gstore can upgrade the router for you before shipping. To have 3Gstore update your router for 4G before shipping, select the upgrade option from the menu below (if you select one of the "upgrade for 4G" options, the firmware will also be updated).
