Select Your Adapter Cable: You will need an adapter cable to connect the antenna to your aircard (not sure where your device's antenna port is? See Where is My Antenna Port?). Simply select your device from the below menu and we will include the appropriate adapter cable with your antenna. If you already own an adapter cable, you can select the "I already have an adapter cable" option from the bottom of the list.

  • This antenna is best for: RV users who like the idea of the through-roof mount (as opposed to mounting the antenna on the ladder/mirror and running a cable in).
  • Compatibility: 700-800 / 824-894 / 880-960 / 1850-1990mhz frequencies - 1xRTT (Sprint/Verizon 2G), EVDO/EVDO Rev-A (Sprint/Verizon 3G), LTE (Verizon/AT&T 4G), EDGE (AT&T/T-Mobile 2G), HSPA (AT&T 3G), HSPA+ (AT&T "4G"). T-Mobile 3G and 4G only where 1900mhz is being used (T-Mobile also uses the 1700mhz and 2100mhz bands in some areas; this antenna will NOT help in those cases). Does NOT work for Sprint 4G WiMAX.
  • Height: 18" tall
  • Cable: 13.5' of RG-58 cable hardwired to the antenna; extension cables sold separately.
  • Ground Plane: The Shorty Antenna uses included radials as a built-in ground plane.
  • Weatherproof? Yes, this antenna is designed for exterior use.
  • Mounting Requirements: The Shorty RV antenna requires that you drill a hole in the top of your RV/bus/coach to install it. The included 5/8" x 7" all-thread mounting rod spans the distance between the RV's roof and insulation/headliner/interior panel and can be cut for various mounting depths or removed completely for flange mounting (requires additional 7/16-20 nut).
  • Portability: This antenna is designed to be permanently mounted through the roof of an RV and is not portable.
