I just got off the phone with Aiden from Nexaira's Tech Support. He basically told me there was nothing he could help me with if I am using the Pantech UML290. Maybe you guys should update your website and tell everyone that your router doesn't work with the Pantech. Thanks for the help. I guess I have to call 3gstore and tell them the router sucks with the Pantech, and hopefully they can help me. God know you guys haven't been any help.

Had to return this router because it would not work with my VPN. Tried tech support but was unable to get a solution. The Cradlepoint router I'm using now works just fine with VPN.

Overall i think this product is good. i do at times have trouble getting into the setup menu of the router. i am trying to log in wirelessly but i am also less than twenty feet away. Overall i like the menu features and it works well with 4G and 3G. The only thing is if you dont have a good 4G signal you may want to set it up for 3g instead of 4G primary and 3G backup because the router is set to check for 4G signal every 20 minutes and while it does that you have no Internet until it's done searching although you can change the time limit.
but if this is the kind of product you need i think its a good choice.

After talking with local IT, I have decided and did just order a cradlepoint router from you to replace this unit from 3Gstore. Please issue a return for the nexaira router so I may receive credit thank you.

I purchased a router at Best Buy before this one. It was $50 more and I never could get it working right. The instructions were complicated and tech support was basically non-existant. I returned it and purchased this router. The instructions were easy to follow and I had it up and running in 30 min. Love it!

Absolutely awesome router. Easy setup, and tethers to both my iPhone 3GS and 4 flawlessly. I was able to eliminate my home ISP and save some money by using my iPhone as my primary ISP. I don't stream video, so the ATT 4 gb cap is no problem. I was able to change my SSID, setup WPA2 encryption using the AES algorithm, and enable mac address filtering with little effort. Although, the mac addresses have to be entered in the format two digits, colon, two digits, colon, etc., and it took me awhile to figure that out. Also I miss being able to label the mac addresses so I know which is which, but I can live with that. The documentation that comes with the router is weak on instruction, but other than that, it is a great piece of equipment. The best part is that I can use my wireless printer once again and print from the internet via my iPhone.
