Our extended life battery provides a 3600 mAh capacity, whereas the stock battery only provides 1150 mAh capacity. This is the longest-lasting replacement battery available for the MiFi 2200!
This extended life battery is larger than the stock battery, and requires a larger battery door (included). While this does make the MiFi slightly bulkier, the size difference is not dramatic, especially since the MiFi is already ultra portable. Even with the larger battery, the MiFi still fits in large pockets and of course in any purse, backpack, laptop bag, etc. The vastly improved battery life far outweighs the slight increase in size!

I've been frustrated by the short lifetime of the Mifi's standard battery. The extended battery solves the problem nicely.

Gets me through the day without recharging. Works perfectly. Looks fine. Feels good. Little extra weight. Never would have known about these except for 3G store - who have excellent service and really helpful support. Bought an extra - but don't need it. Extra clips on in seconds.

An excellent choice for extended use. We use this battery for all day (eight or more hours) data downloads to our survey gear and it lasts all day without a problem.

Well it works. I mean you get BIG battery, you get MORE time to use the device. And it is a chunky battery, but it still fits in my pocket. I haven't calculated exactly how much more I get out of it. But I know I can go 6-7 hours without charging again. Road warriors who need connectivity and don't have the luxury of being able to plug in often will appreciate this. 4 stars. The only thing they can improve on is the
bulkiness of it. Nobody's perfect.
