The Pepwave Surf 400 serves me well by helping to create my sub network,my internet radios and computer now have 100% of their own signal,without diluting the main signal off the my fi 2200 and MBR 95! A perfect solution for people who have to use mobile wifi.

Fails to provide a consistent Internet connection. Then, following the advice of your tech support department upgraded the antenna to the Hawking corner unit. The performance seems to have gotten worse.

Sorry, it isn't working for you. Looking at the notes from your support calls, the problem may not be with the router, but with the trees and distance to your guest house.
Customer wants to transmit from the house, to the guesthouse covering 1 Acre and signal is going between trees.
He had the impression that the Pepwave was going to boost the signal coming from the MBR1000 in the main house to the guesthouse, advised no . Unless he sets the pepwave in the main house and then beams it line of site to the guest house. he still will experience issues because he does not have a clear line of site. Customer will try to place the pepwave in the main house and beam through a window to the guest house. If this does not work customer will consider a hawking antenna,
