XLink products connect cell phones to home telephones. Conceptually, they are like a Bluetooth car kit for your house. When at home, an XLink allows someone to receive and make telephones calls using the traditional phones throughout one's house. The cell phone can remain charging in a fixed location where reception is best.

With the advent of cellular technology, mobile phones have increasingly replaced the need for landline service. But that doesn't mean they need to replace the comfortable and convenient landline phones. The Xlink BTTN adds your cell phone to your landline system, allowing you to make and receive all your calls on traditional, more comfortable receivers.

How it works: The Xlink BTTN is simple to set up and easy to use. The base unit plugs into the wall for power and also contains a phone jack to connect it to the landline system. Once activated, the base unit communicates wirelessly with your cell phone anywhere within a 30-foot radius (although the closer the two devices, the stronger the connection). Instantly, you can receive both calls to your landline and to your cell-phone on your interior phone network.

The Xlink BTTN adds a line (your cell phone) to the home phone system but does not replace it. You'll retain your home phone number as well as your cell number. Calls to both will just be picked up at the same place!

The Xlink BTTN allows you to access your cell-phone on comfortable home receivers. No more straining your neck and shoulder to hold a tiny cell-phone to your ear.
