Recommended for sealing the connections on the WFRBoost for outdoor use (use the tape to seal around the Omni antenna and where the ethernet cable connects to ensure that no water gets inside the Picostation).

Also recommended for outdoor antenna installations where two cables will be joined together outside - seal the connection to avoid weather damage!
