Your tech support is fantastic, thank you! Called tech support on Monday January 9th because my Verizon 4G LTE modem would not connect with the internet. Purchased UML290 LTE modem and Cradlepoint MBR95 from 3gstore several months ago, no install or operational issues. When I called 3gstore, I was speaking with tech support in a few seconds. After a few minutes of trouble shooting, tech support transferred me to Verizon support and it was determined a replacement modem would be sent to me by Verizon. Received modem this morning, Wednesday January 11th, installed new modem and up and running! Purchased a 2 year support contract from 3gstore, excellent value and price.
