Since installing I have not lost a signal yet. Sometimes I notice the signal fluctutate. Before when this happen I would loss my connection now I don`t. I live in a weak signal area.I have Verizon a mobile hotspot 4510 jetpack which most areas have 4g but i still have 3g so when they ever get to my area it should even work better.

I was disappointed with the performance of this antenna. I live in a fringe area where signal strength is very marginal. My USB LTE modem works outside my second story window, but not in the house. I was hoping that I could keep my modem indoors away from the harsh winter weather. Unfortunately, the gain of this antenna is lower than the gain of the internal antenna in my USB modem. No matter where or how high I placed this antenna, I could not get better performance than simply putting my modem outside the window.
This antenna would probably work fine in an area where there is a good signal outside, and the building structure is all that prevents the signal from propogating indoors, but for me, living where the signal was already weak, this product didn't work well at all. I wish the gain on this antenna were about 9dbm instead of 3 dbm, because I really liked theidea of a passive solution to my problem.
I considered (but didn't try) adding a direct connect amplifier which I suspect may have improved performance considerably since I have a similar problem with cell phones in my house and a cellular repeater solved the problem nicely. I decided to wait until an LTE repeater is available instead of using a direct connect amplifier.

Hello, sorry it didn't work out for you. Signal and getting signal is all location based and it looks like it just didn't work out for you. I see that you called in a few times and our tech support department gave you suggestions and according to the notes you signal improved from -89 dBm to -76 dBm (which is a real good gain). Looks like you requested an RMA and we already issued you a refund.

I noticed a significant improvement of my signal strength on my AT@T elevate device with the antenna. I'm very pleased with the antenna and the fast service from the 3g store. I'll give an A+ rating to both,thanks

My internet is a little better and a little faster but I thought it would be better than what it is with the antenna but I also live 14 miles away from any town it all open fields around my house

when I purchase the unit the number of bars did not increase ,so poke to the help desk they recomended the following
At home I have 4G , ran speed test , then connected the unit ,on a upload test it doubled my the speed .. Very happy with the company & unit ..

The best thing to say is that - It Worked! House is deep in a valley in the Smokies and at least a half-mile from a decent cell signal. We did the site survey as suggested by the team at the 3G Store and the results were not hopeful - the signal was pretty weak. But I decided to take a gamble and got the antennae (with the Cellphone-Mate Direct Connect LTE Amplifier for Verizon 4G - CM700V [CM700V-32]) and we went from little to no signal in the house to a decent signal with a perfectly acceptable speed from my Verizon MiFi 4150L. Installation was no problem - the antenna is supposed to go outdoors but I have it up in the attic and it is working fine. May try and see what I get outside on my next trip up there.

Works great! I am using it inside my house with a Pantech UML290 modem. I am able to get a usable 4G signal. I could only get a 3G signal with the modem's internal antenna.
