DataJack works great when you can connect to a decent signal. Problem is SPRINT signal is poor even though their map clearly shows there is service in the area I am in. Since I am here for a month, it requires me to drive 20 miles to obtain a useable signal. DataJack's customer service is very good. No complaints, except for SPRINT...

The product is OK but the coverage signal, even though it is pretty much nation wide, it is very weak in area where I use it. It takes forever to download emails, web pages, ect: Seems like the battery doesn't last very long.

Limited instructions on use of USB and on the LED blink status detract from an otherwise quite functional product. DataJack website is poor.

It works pretty well most of the time. Speeds are not as fast as high speed internet at times, BUT you don't pay high speed prices. Easy to use and setup and I have yet to call Datajack customer service. One needs to call them to register it and also to create an online account through Datajack. Overall I'm getting exactly what I want: Internet anywhere, anytime and both my husband and I can go on at the same time. But I do wonder how much the cost is if you go over the 5GB of information. We'll see

MIFI 2200 is an excellent device. THe only mediocre feature is the very limited documentation.
