I recently purchased a Wilson Sleek4G-V Signal Booster, Home Office Accessory Kit and Omni RV Antenna.
On my first outing, I used the Sleek Booster and the suction cup antenna holder on the inside of the RV windshield.
Where I was located I had 1-2 bars of 4G Verizon service. When using the Sleek Booster and the window antenna holder, I got 4-5 bars of 4G-Verizon service. The Hot Spot on my phone worked well with my laptop while connected to the Sleek Booster and window antenna holder.
On my 2nd outing, I used the Sleek Booster w/AC power adapter and the Omni RV Antenna. Where I was located, the cell service ranged between 1-2 bars of 1X service to 1-2 bars of 4G service. With the Sleek Booster & Omni RV antenna, the sell service ranged 3-4 bars of 1X service to 3-4 bars of 4G service.
All in all, it does what the 3G Store says that it will do.

This Wilson Signal Booster worked better than I expected. I'm an RVer parked in the AZ desert on a fringe area of reception. The folks at the 3GStore told me this Wilson booster would help with better phone reception and they were RIGHT. I went from many dropped calls, texts that would rarely go out and slow to no internet on my smart phone to 3 bars of 4G service. It's very easy to install and I can move it to my car for road trips. I'd recommend this phone booster to anyone in a heartbeat.

Wonderful. Went from 1 star to 4 stars on my Verizon mifi. It just sits on the window sill by my computer. Works well with Verizon RAZR also.

The Wilson Sleek is an awesome way to increase the power and reception of a cellular device like a smartphone or a cellular internet interface, that does not have an external antenna connector. It comes with one magnetic mount antenna suitable for automotive use. Or you can purchase a higher gain antenna, or a permanent installation type antenna.
I am generally getting about a 23dB increase in reception, hooked up to the Sleek and the magnetic mount antenna on the roof of my car, compared to using the phone inside the car alone. This keeps my Samsung Galaxy S3 in 4G LTE mode even in more difficult areas here in Los Angeles.
My office here is in a weak reception area, and I seldom am able to get 4G LTE service with just the phone alone. So, I use the Sleek here too, but with an 18" marine antenna that I had from a previous Wilson 3G cellular amplifier system. With the Sleek on, and the 18" antenna outside on the roof, I get about a 27 dB improvement over just the phone alone inside the office. This usually gives me 3 or 4 bars, and the 4G LTE works very well now, where before I was usually unable to use 4G at all. Even 3G was minimal on occasion, and I was sometimes missing calls due to the calls going straight to voicemail.
So, I am quite pleased with the performance of the Sleek. It does require the use of a headset. It is recommended to not use the Sleek up to your ear, as it's a bit too powerful to keep that close and it would be cumbersome anyway. I prefer to use an USB noise cancelling headset, so that is of little impact on my use of the phone. It is easy to put the phone in and out of the cradle, so when I'm in and out of the car a lot, I find it a bit more convenient than using the phone holder I had before, because the phone goes in the Sleek better and easier than my old phone holder.
The Sleek has also improved my internet speed considerably due to the better signal. I use the Galaxy S3 as a hotspot for my laptops in some situations, and it's usually just about as responsive as my cable internet at home.
I liked the Sleek in both situations so well, that I ended up buying two of them, one for the office and the other for the car.

Full time RVing, we are currently out on Mustang Island off the coast of Texas. Very limited signal. Picked up the sleek and boosted it with a Wilson outside antenna and Cradlepoint MBR95. Couldn't be more pleased with the advice and products from 3G store as I am a repeat customer with them!

Considering that the best I can get in my area is 3 bars, and that I'm using it while working in a windowless metal box, I'll call getting a boost from 1 to 2 bars from this device a victory. It also seems to work well with my thick rubber Otter case on my iPhone 5, though there's precious little clearance at the bottom of the unit for the power adapter and headphone jack, even with the optional home office accessory kit. So from a design standpoint it seems in need of an engineering update, especially considering the high price. However it does enhance the connection.

I like my "Sleek" as it HAS helped with my signal problems. However, I'm still having problems maintaining a signal. It's better than it was, just not as good as I'd hoped for. My friend has had better results than I've had in his "black hole" we are located in. My friend has a newer Jet Pack MiFi device than I and we believe that just might be making the difference. I'm wondering if the RV antenna would help significantly?
Thanks . . . Ron

So far I'm very happy with the product, but I havn't been on a trip yet where the true test comes.
