"Web site not user friendly. phone hours very limited.
They did not answer email questions , so don't waste your time.
Products seem good but lacking in directions.
More concerned about their return policy than any thing else.
The one item that was GREAT was the Cellphone-Mate Booster.
The manufacture had included their own contact info they were very helpful. (Thanks Dennis)

It's unfortunate that the customer gave this product a 1-Start Review, considering he noted that it is "GREAT" - this amplifier is a terrific product that and has helped hundreds if not thousands of users since the day it was launched!

i cant say enough about the difference this has made in my very rural home!! very easy to set up. before pairing with my cradlepoint 1400 router i had a -103 to-112 reading which is about 1 bar of service. with this i have a-55 4 full bars. we run 6 devices (including wireless printer)and can stream netflix with no slow downs or buffering. the service with 3 g store to make sure we had everything we needed from the time we opened the boxes has been wonderful as well.

I bought this hoping it would increase my wi-fi signal.I live about 4 miles from the nearest tower,so my signal was pretty bad,I also have an external antenna which did not do much to help the signal, but after installing the Cellphone Mate,I went from -96 to -54 signal. What a differance this makes.Fantastic customer service from 3gstore and great products.

This amplifier exceeded my expectation. Based on site survey results, and fact that I was having occasional drops with my 4G LTE data connection, the ever helpful sales folks from the 3GStore recommended, this, coupled with the Wilson Outdoor Panel Antenna. My RSSI values dropped from about -90 to -39 ! Connection has now been rock solid. Also was very impressed with the construction of this amp. Thanks again 3GStore!

I am in a Verizon fringe area. Without an amplifier or external antenna, I got 1 bar (-95db) indoors. With the CM700V-32 Amplifier and the 32" Omni Antenna mounted outside on the roof, I get 5 bars (-51db). Similar results for both a Pantech UML290 USB modem, and a Mifi4620LE Jetpack.

Very, very happy with this. I'm in an area that Verizon admits is on the edge of having full 4G access. With just the UML290 I get in the -80 dB range for signal strength. But I just set up this amp, 75' of low loss cable, and the outdoor panel antenna and I'm getting -40 dB signal strength and 10Mb/sec downloads. Better performance and link margin than I thought possible.

Supposedly I am about 5 miles from a 4g tower. Even with the 10 element yagi at 30 feet I was only getting -83 to -90 dbm signal and occasionally would not connect for hours. Installed this amp 2 days ago, signal strength no -51 to -60 dbm. SINR did not improve as much as I had wanted, but the link has been solid. It will really take me a few weeks of using it to know for sure.

This was recommended by 3gstore to replace my Wilson 3G amp
I am in a fringe 4G area
Verizon/Pantech UML290/Cradlepoint MBR1000/Wilson Trucker Antenna
before : -90dbm / after : -64dbm
Bottom line ... 100% satisfaction

Works very well. I am located 9 miles from the tower, at a elevated location,, with trees falling off in elevation. I could not get one bar of signal to amplify. It took a pole 25 feet, with the yagi to get one bar. Hit the power switch on the CM 700 and three bars, -59dbm. Downloads running at 5-7 meg, seeing at times 8 to 10 meg. Verizon said I was too far out, not even close to there coverage map for 4G. Thanks Again.
