Very cool using my wifi 2200 as a wan through the USB port. Oddly - I get faster speed connected to the router via wifi than direct with an cord. Allows me mifi2200 to feel all my devices and guests. (family). I have Belkin @TV connected, my PC, my iMac, 2 iPads, 2 iPhones, my Kodak printer... that's 8 normally. the mifi2200 is limited to 5. We always had to find a device and turn off wifi to get on. Now family visiting can just get on too. Range easier covers 4000q ft home.
EASY configuration and setup.

I purchased this router after talking to someone at the 3G store. This was the recommended router for what I wanted. The router was easy to install but it didn't play well with my modem. A call to 3G resulted in a firmware update. Now it works perfectly. The ability to talk to someone who knows the product is priceless.

Great product which performs well with signal coverage in my home. The tech support walked me through the set up and made sure it performed at top levels before they let me off the line!

For us the Surf SOHO is the other half of the wireless internet connectivity solution. We have a Verizon Jetpack 4620L for internet connectivity. We also have a metered data plan and we travel from time to time in an RV.
The Surf SOHO allows us to monitor data usage by device which helps manage the data plan. It extends the LAN signal footprint so that our laptops, tablets, smart phones, and Kindle all reliably connect to our Jetpack through the Surf SOHO whether at home or on the road.
Pre and post sale support from 3Gstore has been great. We have had no malfunctions but many questions on setup which 3Gstore has been happy to answer. Our one bit of advice would be to download and install the latest firmware.

Ordered the router because my old Craddelpoint was starting to deteriorate. This router is said to have a strong wireless signal and works well with my Verizon air card. Ordering was a breeze and the router was here in a day or two. It was plug and play, only configuration that I did was because I just wanted to play around with settings. Works like a charm and the 3gStore was a pleasure to work with as always.

Great customer service both before order and after. The unit arrived more quickly than anticipated and is working very well! When it first arrived I set it up as I thought I was correct and had many issues. I was wondering if I had made a mistake with my order but after calling customer service I found out all I needed to do was update with the newest firmware and now I'm well pleased with my purchase! Chris helped me with determining what unit to order and Kevin helped me with the installation/firmware upgrades - they were both very professional and helpful.

Its a great router it has really good range with just the internal antenna. I'm using it for gaming with the UML-290. I get an open nat with a static ip and a moderate nat with a dynamic ip. Only thing i wish it had was a off and on button like my netgear router. Would've been great if it had an extra on/off button also for the usb port so you could disable your usb modem without un-plugging it. But I'm not going to take a star for something like that, the product works flawless. I was having trouble with my pc recognizing my usb modem but when i plugged it into the peplink it took it 5mins and it had it configured and ready to go! Using this with a playstation 3 and for phones a tablet plus a computer too.

All the online reviews about your customer service are deserved and are excellent. I did end up ordering from you guys (the SOHO) as opposed to other retailers despite a slight price difference, primarily because of this.
Again, thank you for your prompt and informative replies.

I bought the Surf SOHO as a router to my Sprint Zing. The combination works great even thought the Zing wasn't on the approved list of hotspots. 3GStore support engineers are highly skilled to troubleshoot any network issues and were able to walk me through the setup.

We use these devices in our business for remote users. We have other Peplink products (Balance 710 etc) in our main offices so the VPN feature of the Pepwave is very useful. We configure the Pepwave with VPN tunnels to our main offices, set up some local address space for the device, set up its local DHCP server etc and ship the unit out to our end users, typically along with a Cisco IP phone. This has worked out to be much less hassle to support than traditional VPN software running on the PC. We can also remotely log in (over the VPN) to the admin interface to change any settings etc. The fact that it is flexible on wired/wireless both on the WAN and LAN side means we keep finding new uses for these cheap but awesome little devices extending our secure corporate network into unusual places.
