Cradlepoint COR IBR650 Integrated Broadband Router (No WiFi) with Embedded AT&T HSPA+ Modem - DISCONTINUED

No Longer Available

Item Number: 4468

This model has been discontinued. See the multi-band 3G/4G model.

The CradlePoint COR Series is built for your M2M network. It’s an affordable, highly-featured, compact router designed for critical business and enterprise applications that require 24x7 connectivity. The router features a built-in high-speed 3G/HSPA+ (not LTE) modem (requires an active SIM) as well as support for wired networks such as DSL or Cable. With its compact size, sleek metal case, mounting bracket, and external Mobile Broadband antennas, COR is ideal for use in high-availability portable or fixed applications like ATMs, kiosks, surveillance, vehicles, etc.

Increase your internet availability and ensure maximum uptime with business continuity features like failover / failback standard in CradlePoint COR. When configured, the router detects network failures and seamlessly switches over to another active connected network(s) - keeping your network online. Additionally, COR is ideal for deployment as a primary connection solution where wired internet is not available. COR also provides secure and reliable VPN functionality, allowing users to create, manage and terminate up to 5 concurrent IPSec VPN sessions. It allows for secure access to company networks for enterprise applications and provides a secure way to transmit sensitive data to and from a remote site.

This is an excellent product. I needed a fast setup for a remote office, and fiber was just out of the question. This product, in conjunction with a MikroTik business-grade router, runs IP phones and multiple computers. I had a seamless ordering experience, and I would order from 3G Store again!

Easy to configure. Excellent throughput. High sensitivity receiver - provided 4 bars signal even in a difficult location.

We have been using the device and amplifier for a little over two weeks now and it has been really stable. No downtime! Previously, we used a MiFi and cellular bridge combo that suffered frequent disconnects and equipment failures. If the 650 continues to function this well, we will be very happy customers. Setup is simple and the folks at 3gstore helped me through it seamlessly. Thanks!!

Device itself works great once activated but after after going to 2 sprint stores and talking to at least 4 different Sprint reps over the phone, this device can not be activated with Sprint. It works fine with Clear but no go with Sprint. Sprint reps are adamant that you must have an ESN to activate a device on any of their networks, Wimax included. This device only has a WiMax MAC and no ESN.
