works better than i ever expected it to. i live way out in the country and signal is poor -- yet this seemed to increase signal strength and keeps me better connected. my kids love the wi-fi for their ipod touch.
had trouble installing it, but the customer support from 3-G store (Mark) was FANTASTIC and got me hooked up. i would highly recommend this product and 3-G store, too.

I bought this for my home so I could share my USB card with my family. The fact it has battery capability was not my highest priority. The router did come ready to go and I was able to have a functioning network in just a few minutes. I've used it now for several weeks and I've only rebooted it 2 or 3 times, probably because of the internet service, not the router. I would recommend this router to anybody who uses a USB data card. The one downside to the router is no Ethernet connection if I needed to tie it to one of my older computers that doesn't have WIFI.

A wonderful product. Worked right out of the box with minimum set up. I would recommend to anybody with a usb modem. I bought the router so I could use my usb modem with my new tablet and it works great. It also came with two additional batteries making it very portable.

This is a great device. I was able to connect to my BB9810 and the unit worked very well. However, the firmware update had to be applied before it would work with the BB9810. But that was an easy enough task to complete. I do recommend purchasing the cigarette lighter adapter if you plan to use this device on the road. There is no option on the device to prevent it from using it's own battery source to charge the phone that is connected to it. With the BB9810, a battery will only last about 30 minutes which is why I gave only 4 stars. Other than that, it worked as advertised. It should be noted that the BB9810 is NOT listed as a supported device but it still worked with AT&T's tethering plan (a tethering plan is required). I successfully connected 3 separate computers to the hotspot concurrently - 2 laptops and an IPAD2. However, I wouldn't recommend more than one or two devices connected concurrently due to bandwidth limitations of the phone.

The PHS300 works great. It came as dercribed and was easy to set up. I had a wifi hotspot within 15 minutes of opening the package. Shipping was fast and supporting materials well written.

It works with Clear's 4G USB modem made by Ubee. Even when Clear said it wouldn't work, it did, and does, and I now can get 4G on my iPhone. Remember Clear wants you to buy their hotspots...
Its not the most powerful router, but it is great for the price. And what it lacks in range is made up in consistency and ease of use.

I bought this for a friend of mine that is on the road 9 months out of the year and travels with both a laptop and an Android tablet. He needed to have connectivity for both and sometimes he needed connectivity for the tablet at a distance. This router has performed very well and beyond my expectations. It works perfectly with his AT&T usb air card right out of the box and it's easy to set up.
