Installation notes:
The magnetic mount antenna MUST be connected to something magnetic or it will not work! If you're using the Sleek in a car/truck, you can simply stick it on the roof of the vehicle. For home use, we recommend buying the indoor accessory kit (sold separately), which includes a window mount that provides a magnetic base for the antenna.
Your phone or hotspot must be in the cradle to benefit from the signal boost.

This is a new device and we needed this device 2 months previous when we lived in a low zone reception area. We have since moved to an area where the Verizon tower is 1600 feet away so reception is as good as it's going to be. Do we notice any difference no. Doing a speed test it indicates that we have poor upload speed and poor download speed. Although in all fairness I think it works as the signal indicator bars are high but it's impossible to really gauge 100%. Time will tell when we move into a low zone reception area, after all this is what this device is designed to do, pull in a stronger signal in a low reception area. It was easy to setup. One poor design aspect is that the device sits on my right hand side which is fine as I can see that the MiFi device is flashing, but that means that the green light on the Signal Booster is hidden so unable to see if it's on or if it's red or green. Knowing that the MiFi light device is on that side the designers could have designed the green light to also be on the same side.
