Great product serviceDid the job right out of the box with no set up just plug n play. Also went with $4.99 shipping put order in just after 4PM thought I had missed cut off for that day, order still went out that day and was at my door 10AM on the 3rd day. I also had a question prior to ordering that was responded to right away Great product service and shipping I will be doing more business with you in the future Thanks Ed

One of the best routers I have ever ownedI purchased a Cradlepoint MBR95. This is one of the best routers I have ever owned. I did have to contact tech support during software set up. They did a great job helping me.

Singing your praises3 G Store after fighting with Verizon for the last couple of months with there signal I receive on my 4510L jetpack mobile hotspot, advanced teck support told me that I lived in a weak signal area. That I needed a repeater. After doing my research I found your website to be very informational.I saw my device on there and how to inprove it. I than called your sales staff and they help me with a cellphone amp and a outdoor antenna, plus I got the extanded battery for my 4510L. Not even 24 hrs after installing this I have noticed a major improvement in my reception. I would call this a problem solved.Living in a rural area does not give one ,many choices and you guys solved mine, thanks for your help and great products you sell. I will tell all my neighbors about you, thanks again.Stephen in Missouri

I have been looking for this product for almost a year. I have looked everywhere. Talked to literally dozens of folks befor I found your site. Your site had the best comparison of products available. Very fast serviceThanks so much! The package arrived yesterday (Thursday), very fast service. You folks were helpful in pre-order and during ordering. Excellent service all the way around. I can't say enough good thingsI can't say enough good things about this company's service and support, both prior to and after purchase. I bought a Sprint Sierra Compass modem through them. Sprint had rejected my rebate application soon after purchase and the customer service rep from 3G took over and dealt directly with Sprint, with the end result that I did get the rebate...
