One Very Pleased Customer!
Just an FYI; I seldom give kudos, but you guys deserve it! This was my second time dealing with the 3G store over the past 3 years. I was impressed the first time, and refered your site to several other people as time went on. Yesterday, I called and spoke to Valerie for some help selecting a new Cradlepoint router. She was amazing! She not only got me the correct items without my spending a fortune, she suggested standard shipping instead of extra cost "overnight" shipping. We purchased a Cradlepoint MBR 1400 router and it arrived very quickly. I wanted to use a USB 3G modem with the Cradlepoint but as I had already suspected it was not a supported device. The tech support department put their lead tech on the phone with me and after about 15 minutes we had the connection working through some creative ICS work on an XP box. Many kudos the the 3gstore for the quick delivery and outstanding customer support.

I explain my needs and I am provided with exact and complete information regarding my prospective purchase including such things as signal loss I will experience by adding additional cable length to my wifi antenna booster. The WiFi is much better than the MBR900 but still maybe not quite as strong as other high grade routers (Buffalo, Asus, etc.). The cable adapter that you sent was exactly the right one!
