I'll be sure to order more with 3GstoreThey wanted to talk to me to finish the order because my shipping address and my billing address differ. Great job 3Gstore. I love online retailers that go that extra bit to make sure the money is legitimate. I know that online retailers that care about getting my money right not just getting my money as fast as they can are retailers that care and I will be doing more business with them for sure. Then the free shipping took only two days, awesome! Order was correct, no problems. This was my first order with 3Gstore but it won't be my last for sure. I would definitely recommend them to anyone else.

I was pleased with the sales help Some literature to go along with the purchased items would have been helpful ... even a link to a website where I could have found the literature. Initially I couldn't even figure out how to open the device and then there was a bit of confusion as to the location of the antenna port ... and when I found two antenna ports there was (and still is) confusion as to which one was to be used for what. I was however very pleased with the excellent sales help on the phone and the timely shipping.

Great sales staffgreat sales staff, I has asked about the compatibility of the router I bought with a certain 4G modem and at the time I asked it wasn't supported. They took my email address down and notified me when the routers firmware was updated to support it. I would have spent $5-10 just because of this but they had the best price as well!

3Gstore helped get me a working solution I needed a business solution for a device that I needed to be mobile. I spoke with many people including the tech support for that device, verizon wireless tech support and etc. No one could come up with a working solution and a lot of money was on the line. I called 3gstore. They gave me a solution. I wasn't sure it would work. It was a very technical issue. I ordered it anyway and when I got it.... it didn't work. I called 3gstore and Valerie and Victor solved the problem within 30 minutes. No one I spoke with could. My business needs were met cost effectively and efficiently. I was so relieved.. I couldn't believe it, I was thinking it couldn't be done. They did it for us... I can't thank them enough!!!!!!!Timothy C.
