My experience with 3G was a happy one I found the person who helped me (Kevin) very knowledgeable, friendly and communicative: I'm pretty sure he solved my problem. Unfortunately, he included a cable in the order that I didn't need, but another competent technician (Valerie) apprised me of it and quickly secured a return order. I enjoyed my shopping experience very muchI contacted a sales rep to make sure that I was buying what was compatible with my equipment. I got great service and advise. Everything I purchased got here on time and the order was correct. I later called back and talked to another sales rep and she was very helpful and nice. All-in-all, I enjoyed my shopping experience very much and I will definately be shopping with 3Gstores again in the future.

Purchasing online was simplePurchasing online was simple and the information provided with the videos were helpful to confirm it would "boost" the low wi-fi signal I was encountering in my home. The package arrived on schedule. My only issue were the set up instructions. As a novice techie, I followed them line by line, but was uncertain about the authentication/encryption, if my signal was really set for only my household use and if I would need to logon to the wi-fi signal of my provider each time I used one of my devices through the Pepwave. The instructions were brief, leaving many uncertainties and trouble shooting when I attempted to set up a homegroup left me waiting for the offices in IL to open 10am Eastern. I experimented and worked out the issue without actually calling your support team.

3G chat was wonderful The Cradlepoint arrived quickly and safely. Was very easy to setup and get to work as WAN with my USB Verizon 4G modem. 3G chat was wonderful in finding the right router.

Great status updatesYour status updates are excellent. While most stores will tell you your
items have shipped, tracking status after that requires a bit of work on the
part of the customer. Not the case with 3Gstore! Since I was home when the
package was delivered, I know how fast you were able to turn around the
package delivery information you received and send me the information. Very
impressive.

Very helpful supportDario was very helpful with my technical situation. The support he gave me helped me to further track down my data usage issues with my hotspot. Also, the configuration help provided for the device helped me to confirm settings I need to eliminate data usage issues.
The Pepwave Surf device fits my needs.
