Very speedy order
Very speedy order processing and delivery. However, since I'm a European customer: - it is a pity that electronic devices are not delivered with European powerplugs, or at least come with a convertor plug. - please do something about the shipping costs. $48 for a product the size of a mobile phone is pretty stiff.

Dario - You did a great job in supporting me here. The Novatel 760 was plug and go - just as you said. Thank you and your team for the superb customer service. You folks jumped through several hoops at the end of the workday to make sure it worked. You probably even worked past your normal quitting time to get it to me overnight - I greatly appreciate your effort. I will order from you guys again and recommend you to everyone. very satisfied with their tech support and customer service
Very positive. After placing the order on line, I realized that I had omitted an essential cable. I called customer service and they added it to the outgoing shipment to avoid charging me extra shipping. I've dealt with them for three years and have been very satisfied with their tech support and customer service.

I would recommend the 3Gstore
I worked today with Victor in your Tech Support to configure this network equipment. In the past I also have worked with Ed and can say that both offered very superior customer service not normally found other suppliers.
