very satisfied with their tech support and customer serviceVery positive. After placing the order on line, I realized that I had omitted an essential cable. I called customer service and they added it to the outgoing shipment to avoid charging me extra shipping. I've dealt with them for three years and have been very satisfied with their tech support and customer service.

I would recommend the 3GstoreI worked today with Victor in your Tech Support to configure this network equipment. In the past I also have worked with Ed and can say that both offered very superior customer service not normally found other suppliers. Great experienceOrdered the Cradlepoint CBR400 router and it was back-ordered. However, the ship date was listed in the description so very clear and concise. The product shipped on exactly the date that was indicated and even arrived to my address one day early! No issues with setting up the product. Worked out of the box. However, I do know about the support that 3G store provides so if I ever have a problem, I will give them a call.
I also chose the 3G store since the price was lower than anyone else I found online. Great experience.

I was very impressed! I purchased an exterior antenna for my MiFi. I was having trouble finding my dBa reading, and your service department was so helpful, and he also told me that 3G wanted to sell me only the equipment that I needed and that I could call him for help at any time.
