5Gstore Subscription Program FAQ

5Gstore's monthly subscription program allows businesses to order equipment with no up front cost, instead paying monthly for a set term. Many businesses prefer this type of agreement for cash flow or tax purposes, and 5Gstore has partnered with a subscription company to accommodate the needs of our business customers. This page will address the basics of the subscription program - if you have further questions, please contact us.

How does the subscription program work?

5Gstore products/services eligible for subscription have the option for a 36, 48, or 60 month term at a flat monthly rate. Subscription orders are not paid for at checkout. Instead, after ordering you will be contacted by the subscription company to complete the approval process. Once approved, 5Gstore ships your order and you will commence monthly payments with the subscription company per your agreement with them.

Who is eligible to pay via monthly subscription?

Only businesses are eligible.

Can I pay via subscription for ANY 5Gstore item?

No, only certain products are eligible. If you are ordering a subscription item along with other non-subscription items, you will pay for the non-subscription items at checkout like normal. 

What should I expect after submitting a subscription order? When will the order ship?

Immediately after submitting your order, the subscription company will begin the approval process. Please make sure to check your email and voicemail for correspondence from the subscription company! You are responsible for completing all paperwork and contracts with the subscription partner. 
Once the subscription company has approved you, they will send you an agreement that must be signed and returned to them via fax, email, or regular mail. When the subscription company confirms they have received your signed documents, 5Gstore will be notified to ship the order.

While the subscription company is typically very quick with the approval process, same-day shipping is NOT possible with subscription orders since the order cannot ship until you have completed the process with the subscription company and returned all necessary documents.

How long is the subscription term?

36, 48, and 60 month terms are available.

Will I need to pay anything to 5Gstore up front?

The item(s) being paid for via subscription will not be billed at checkout. You will need to pay for shipping and any other non-subscription items you are purchasing.

How will I be billed each month?

    Subscriptions are set up for automatic payments using your bank of choice.

What happens at the end of the subscription term? Do I have to send the equipment back?

At the end of the term, you will have the option to terminate the subscription or to upgrade to the latest hardware and continue your subscription.

What if I want to return my equipment, or if any of my equipment stops working during the subscription period?

The subscription is NOT cancellable and 5Gstore's usual 30-day return policy DOES NOT APPLY to subscription orders. If you have any trouble with your equipment, 5gstore will provide the same technical support available to all 5Gstore customers and you will have access to our Support Portal, and standard manufacturer warranties will protect you from defects and malfunctions (warranty periods vary by manufacturer; extended warranties are available for most products - check your options before purchasing).
