Small, portable and offers WiFi as WAN

The CTR35 looks very similar to the PHS300 and CTR500. It's definitely "travel-size", at just 4.7” x 2.7” x 0.8”. Like the PHS300, the CTR35 features just one input for cellular modems

Simply put, WiFi as WAN means that the router can receive WiFi from an external source (for example, campground WiFi at an RV park, free WiFi at McDonald's, etc) and create a private network that you can access securely through the CTR35 (either via WiFi or ethernet, however you like to connect to your router).

The purchase went with out a hitch. There was an issue of conflicting IP addresses with the router and modem which made the installation more difficult than usual. For an amateur such as myself your technical department and technician, Mallory, were incredible in resolving the matter. Look forward to doing business in the future.

Just installed this router today on 11-21-2012. I took it out of the box and hooked it up per the quick install guide. The first 30 min was touch and go. The router would drop in and out. I checked the firm ware and everything was up to date. After 30 minutes the router worked flawlessly. Its almost like it needed to warm up or something. I have two PC's connected now and everything has been working fine for hours. This is a very good product so far and i would recommend it.

Love this CTR35. Works great with my Verizon UML290 out here in the country. I have been using it for a week now and have had no disconnects or any other problems.

works like a dream. Thank you 3G.

So far so good. The CTR35 worked right out of the box with no setup required. I replaced a Kyocera KR2 / Verizon PC5750. I installed the CTR35 with a Novetel MC760. When I first accessed the CTR35 admin pages it informed me that there was a firmware update available. I allowed it to do an automatic update from version 3.2.1. to version 3.2.2 and that went fine. The CTR35/MC760 stays connected to the Verizon network much better than the KR2/PC5750 which had a problems when operating in weak signal areas. Other than a disconnect / reconnect at about 1930h each of the past two days it has been solid with no problems. The download performance is significanty better than the KR2. The guest network feature is a nice addition. I have not tried the Wifi as a WAN feature yet. Since I will also use the CTR35 in my Motorcoach it should be a handy capability. I added my wifes computer, my android phone and my HP wireless printer with no problems. The only problem to date is caused by the HP wireless printer requesting association / WPA2 key negotiaion every 5 minutes which clutters up the log.

I ordered the CTR35 by phone on Thursday, it arrived in Las Vegas on Tuesday
and Tuesday evening I had it on line using the Verizon UML290 on a 4G
connection. Wow, is it great. Thank you very much for the efforts to date
and I hope it continues the same for the next few years.

I have been a customer for a couple of years, for good reason. They have ALWAYS shipped my order quickly, and are very responsive to questions before, during, and AFTER the sale. In fact, what I appreciate the most is the superb technical support I've received so far.

I purchased a Cradlepoint CTR35, and had difficulty getting it to connect as a wifi client on my home network. A quick call to Matt at, and I was up and running!

I have recommended to my friends and associates for their Cradlepoint purchases, and will continue to go to them first for the latest and greatest technology.

Bought this to use with my new Pantech card from Verizon. My older CTR350 would not work with new modem.
Set up was fast and it worked well out of the box. I am in a 3g only area now so I ran the Pantech utility that I downloaded from 3gStore. It works great and no problems at all.
I look forward to my travels in the RV and being able to have 3 and 4g and wifi connections.
Great product. Great support. Great price.
