Product works great. Took me from ~3mbps download to over ~10mbps. Definitely worth the money.

So far so good. I got some real slow signal in the Shenandoah Mountains where I have never been able to get into my remote desktop before. The real test will be next month in the Adirondack Mountains.....fingers crossed.

Tried the T-mobile version of the signal booster, it didn't work. After spending quite a few hours "tweaking" modem/router setup I came across an external antenna setting that was enabled. This setting was not listed/shown in the router manual. Trying everything possible, I disabled this setting and my signal reception improved to the point where I no longer need the antenna. Now I still do get better reception with the Modem sitting outside on the window sill, but I can pretty much leave it inside the house for the most part. So never fails there is always some obscure setting that needs to be enabled or disabled to get things working.

Using this for T-Mobile wireless broadband. Was hoping this antenna would help improve my signal without having to place the actual modem out on the window sill. When I place modem outside on window sill I get great signal/speeds (without using the antenna), but once I move the modem inside the window & close the window I lose a significant amount of the signal, (with the antenna connected). Rather frustrating to say the least. Just trying to "carry" the outside signal reception to the inside. Have also tried the wilson exterior flat panel directional with limited success. I believe that I may be competing with 2 - different towers & the modem can't seem to lock on to either one, accept when it is sitting outside on the sill. (using the Netgear 340U modem). BTW - I have also tried the T-Mobile signal boosters setup they have, thumbs down on that idea. Any suggestions? Simply trying to get the same reception with modem inside hooked up to the Omni antenna as I do with modem sitting outside on the window sill with no antenna attached. pretty confusing huh? thanks. jim
