This 2.4GHz 8dBi Omni-directional antenna is for use with any of the Pepwave outdoor AP equipment that have N/Female antenna connectors.

This antenna is NOT compatible with Pepwave indoor equipment or any other routers that use RP-SMA antenna connectors (most routers and access points utilize RP-SMA connectors).

how are you supposed to mount this antenna? if the connector is where the pipe mounting should be?

The ACW-202 is an outdoor whip style antenna and is designed to connect directly to the antenna port of an outdoor device. Unfortunately there are no official extra mounting options provided for this antenna.

Can I use the Peplink ACW-202 antenna with the Pepwave Device Connector Rugged (DCS-RUG)?

This antenna is NOT meant for use with anything other than the Pepwave outdoor APs. Technically, however, it is possible, but you would need an N/female to RP-SMA/ Female adapter - AND - you would need to have the DCS-RUG mounted on a wall with the WiFi antenna connections at the top. This is the only manner in which the WiFi antenna could be oriented properly.
