Very easy to setup with the Peplink Balance one core. Simplified my home network setup. Customer service is great. They contacted me about a week after it arrived to see if I need any help. The costumer website is full of use videos and documents.

I am that guy that called in a lot last month with the 24 pep wave mini's for the fraternity and a large university. First, the install went GREAT. I was worried since site survey showed a densely populated area with hundreds of AP's in close proximity since every punk student now has their own AP they bring to college. I called support a lot and found good advice and help several times with worries over such congestion and then IP reservations with such a large user load and then guests and girlfriends and parties hosted with hundreds of people at their house. Well, in the end what worked the best was trusting your products and Pepwave. I set all to AUTO channel and Max power for 5ghz and Medium for 2.4ghz and trusting the Mini's to find and allocate channels and then thanks to Kevin (from 3Gstore.com) using a Class B subnet. All had same SSID for 5ghz and another same for 2.4ghz to give to guests and girlfriends and range. It worked great...no problems even though a WIFI scan literally shows 50 plus other APs. They use both in their iPhones and MacBooks and roam all over building going down to 2.4ghz when getting outside their buildings but fast and good for Xbox and study inside at 5ghz. They get almost all of their speed from the cable modem at each AP in each room with great ping and latency. So thank you for the good group effort my customer with sales and support and will order from you again. Already other fraternities and sororities are calling wanted quotes for their houses.

Works great with the Peplink Balance 310, where it can utilize the 310's AP management capabilities. Setup was a breeze and the fact it runs on PoE without needing the external power supply makes it very easy to install.

Great product, solved WiFi issue on my Macbook where WiFi was continuously dropping due to conflict with Bluetooth on 2.4GHz frequency. Excellent coverage throughout my apartment with full WiFi signals in every room.

The access point is working very well as far as coverage and performance goes. It would prefer a replaceable antenna, but for my purpose the built-in antenna is fine. The Ethernet connection is on the side, not the back, so when you mount it on the wall, you have to expose the Ethernet cable and connection to the AP One. The documentation appears to indicate that this AP is only designed for wall mounting. I would like to have seen more documentation and a signal profile so could determine if mounting on the ceiling would be appropriate. I ended up mounting on the wall, which was more difficult because I had to run a cable down the wall. Overall, I am happy with this AP and would recommend it to others.
