Enterprise Cloud Manager (ECM) Standard or Prime allows customers to easily manage multiple Cradlepoint routers across their network from one central Cloud-based portal. This can save admins time with firmware updates and applying custom configurations and also allows reports to be generated with a variety of different filters. In addition to these features, admins can also create sub-accounts with varying levels of access for technicians and other administrators. Enterprise Cloud Manager PRIME provides advanced routing protocols, security, and analytics combined with location-based insights and cloud secure Out-of-Band Management for more powerful network management. NetCloud Gateway runs on Cradlepoint routers, and enables secure connectivity to a NetCloud network for all "Things, Places, or People Devices" connected to the router.

CradleCare and ECM can be added on their own if you only need one or the other, or you can select a bundle that includes both at a discounted price. NetCloud can only be purchased with an ECM bundle.

There is a setup fee of $10 for all warranty/license items (you will see this fee in your cart at checkout). If you are purchasing multiple warranties/licenses, you will only be charged the fee ONCE, and if you order more than 5, this fee is WAIVED.
