We travel full time in our motor home, so cellular internet is our only decent option. I was surprised when a rep from the 3G store called me a few weeks after my purchase to check on how my Mini was working. After I told him my speeds seemed slow, he walked me thru some troubleshooting. After changing the cellular channel, my speeds improved greatly. Great customer service!
We keep our mini on 24/7 and have never had it drop the connection. BTW, I also purchased a 5 in 1 roof mounted antenna that brings in cell signals from much greater distances. It is worth the cost for our RV lifestyle.

very good transaction.

For years the only option I have had for home internet has been DSL. Top bandwidth has been limited by the lines that feed our township road with a max speed around 2.5Mbps. Decided to try my cellular unlimited plan with a router and a usb modem. This had been nothing but a headache for months to get to work properly. Tried four different combinations of router/usb modem but always had some kind of issue.

Started researching for an integrated router and chose the Max BR1 Mini. So far this thing has lived up to its expectations. Setting it up was simple. Plugged in SIM card, connected necessary antennas and cabling, logged in using default password, changed password, setup wifi, and my preferred ip address. I didn't even have to setup the cellular connection as the Mini recognized the SIM and set itself up. Pulled up a webpage and had internet. This thing simply does exactly what it was designed to do. I couldn't be happier and will stay that way as long as it keeps performing well past its warranty.

I bought this to replace a Verizon Jetpack. I need surveillance cameras at a second home three hours away from my main home. The Jetpack never stayed connected longer than a week. I couldn't be happier with the folks at 3gstore.com. They reassured me through an online chat, I ordered on Monday, had the Mini on Wednesday, set it up fairly quickly and was up and running Saturday. I received a follow-up call from 3gstore on the next Wednesday to ask how my installation went. The set up was easy, mainly resetting passwords on connected devices after installing the SIM card. The modem has a lot more features and capability than I need now, so it should last me for awhile. I would recommend the modem and also recommend the folks at 3gstore.com.

I have used USB broadband devices in routers for years, but found that as I updated both Verizon and AT&T USB devices I was experiencing issues with compatibility and performance. While discussing my latest issue with the folks at the 3G store they recommended that I consider this router with an embedded modem. Up till now routers with embedded modems have been quite expensive, but this one seemed worth a try. I removed the SIM cards from my Verizon and AT&T modems, plugged them into the router, and I've been up and running ever since. Such a big improvement over the random disconnects and poor performance I was experiencing with the USB modems. Also this router offers a simple and robust connection to an external antenna, doing away with the fragile connectors on the USB modems.
